Kindergarten
Kindergartens are educational and social institutions aimed at the holistic and balanced development of children in all aspects — physical, intellectual, and social. They also aim to enhance children’s abilities and various talents through play and free activity.
Etifaq International Academy's Kindergarten is designed using the latest methods that focus on child care, personality development, and the enhancement of abilities through learning via simulation, role-playing, and the use of interactive boards (smart boards) in the classroom. In addition, learning centers are integrated within the educational units, which focus on self-directed learning for children.
We are always keen to implement the active learning strategy by providing a variety of activities that children engage in, resulting in behaviors based on positive and effective participation in the learning environment.
One of the key functions of the kindergarten is to prepare children for healthy maturity, so they are able to accept and benefit from the experiences included in the future school curriculum.
To achieve this, the Academy constantly works to keep up with modern developments and requirements by regularly updating curricula to suit the needs of children and align with their cognitive development. We have adopted the "Ajyal Ta’leemiyyah Series" for the Arabic language curriculum, Jolly Phonics for English language development — including reading skills — and a Math curriculum that focuses on developing mathematical skills in a way that suits the children's mental abilities.
